Returns Policy
Unwanted Goods
If you change your mind or have purchased an incorrect item we can provide a refund or exchange if you notify us by email within 14 days of receipt. Items must then be returned to us within a further 14 days of notification. Items must be returned undamaged and unopened to qualify for a refund or exchange and an RMA number must be requested from us prior to returning any items. Upon notification we will send full instructions on how to return the items along with an RMA number.
All items are to be returned at your expense and it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are received by us. Refunds and replacements will be issued within two business days for all returned items. We will issue a refund or replacement at your discretion within two business days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued for the total amount paid. Your statutory rights are not effected.
Faulty, Damaged or Not As Described Goods
If your items have arrived damaged, faulty or are not as described you must inform us within 14 days by email. Items must then be returned to us within a further 14 days of notification. an RMA number must be requested from us prior to returning any items. Upon notification we will send full instructions on how to return the items along with an RMA number and returns label.
