What are the expiry dates of your batteries?
Expiry dates are constantly changing and we have found it is a large amount of work to keep updating these dates online throughout the entire range. Lithium batteries are usually 8-10 years, alkaline 2-3 years and silver oxide 2-3 years. You can be rest assured the expiry dates of all our batteries are some of the longest you will find anywhere and if you drop us an email we can let you know the specific date for any type of battery. We have a fast stock rotation so we always carry the very latest stocks with the longest expiry dates.
What are your delivery times and charges?
We offer free shipping on every order and delivery is usually within 2-5 working days (Monday-Friday) of dispatch. For a small extra charge we can dispatch your order by expedited delivery. Expedited is a 1-3 working day service with the majority of orders arriving the next working day. The expedited delivery charge is calculated based on the total weight of your order and starts at just 35p for orders of 750g or less. The weight is calculated automatically and the correct charge applied as you add items to your cart.
What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind or have purchased an incorrect item we can provide a refund or exchange if you notify us by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged and unopened to qualify for a refund or exchange and an RMA number must be requested from us prior to returning any items. If your items have arrived damaged or any items are missing please inform us immediately by telephone. All items are to be returned at the buyers expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied by us upon which we will refund any return postage costs incurred. Your statutory rights are not effected.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and online credit/debit card payments. We use Paypal to process all our credit/debit card payments online. At checkout simply select "Paypal credit/debit card" and you will be seamlessly transferred to Paypal's secure server. If you already have a Paypal account you can simply log in and pay direct from your existing Paypal account. If you don't have a Paypal account click to checkout as a guest at the bottom of the Paypal payment screen, enter your details and once complete you will be automatically returned here.
Are my card details safe?
We do not see any of your card details nor are they stored by us in any way. Paypal notify us that a payment has been made and they process all of your details on our behalf.
Can you accept payment over the telephone?
At this present time we cannot accept telephone orders although we are more than happy to provide assistance over the phone in placing your order online.
Can you provide a bigger discount for large orders?
Yes on orders over £300 we can usually provide a custom quotation depending on your requirements. Please contact us by telephone or email for more details.
Can you ship to a separate address other than the billing address?
Yes you can choose a separate shipping address at the Paypal checkout screen.
You don't have the batteries that I need. Can you get them?
We are constantly evolving our product range and while we do stock a large variety of the most popular brands and battery types it is impossible to stock every brand and type. If there is a particular battery you require please contact us by phone or email.
