Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of payment methods including Paypal, Google checkout, online credit and debit card payments, cheques, postal orders and bank transfers (BACS). We use Paypals integrated payment software for accepting credit/debit card payments online so you can be assured your card details are 100% safe with us. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment this way. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card you will be seamlessly transferred to Paypal's secure web server to enter your details and once complete you will be automatically returned to our site. It's quick, simple and secure!
     
Shipping Times
We don't like to keep you waiting for your items so all orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day. If for any reason your order cannot be dispatched in this time frame we will notify you by phone or email. 1st Class is a 1-3 working day service and 2nd Class is a 3-5 working day service. Most orders arrive within 3 working days but please allow up to 14 days to cater for any delays out of our control.
Delivery Charges
We believe in offering the best possible value along with clear and simple pricing, so we provide free Royal Mail 2nd class delivery on every UK order regardless of quantity or weight. Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is also offered on every order as an option at checkout for a small extra charge. This is calculated based on the total weight of your order and is automatically applied at checkout. Prices start at 35p for 1st class delivery.
