Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What are your delivery times and charges?

A. We offer free Royal Mail 2nd class delivery on all UK orders which usually arrive within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) of dispatch. 2nd class is technically a 3-5 working day service so on some occasions items may take the full 5 days or more to arrive. For a small extra charge we can dispatch your order by 1st class post. 1st class is a 1-3 working day service with a large majority of orders arriving the next working day. The 1st class post charge is calculated based on the total weight of your order and starts at just 35p for orders of 750g or less. The weight is calculated automatically and the correct charge applied as you add items to your cart.

Q. What is your returns policy?

A. If you change your mind or have purchased an incorrect item we can provide a refund or exchange if you notify us by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged and unopened to qualify for a refund or exchange and an RMA number must be requested from us prior to returning any items.If your items have arrived damaged or any items are missing please inform us immediately by telephone. All items are to be returned at the buyers expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied by us upon which we will refund any return postage costs incurred. Your statuatory rights are not effected.


Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Cheques, Postal Orders, Paypal, Google Checkout and online credit/debit card payments. We use Paypal to process all our credit/debit card payments online. At checkout simply select to "Payapl credit/debit card" and you will be seamlessly transferred to Paypal's secure server. If you already have a Paypal account you can simply log in and pay direct from your existing Paypal account if you choose to. If you don't have a Paypal account click to pay by card at the bottom left of the Paypal payment screen, enter your details and once complete you will be automatically returned here.


Q. Are my card details safe?

A. We do not see any of your card details nor are they stored in any way by us. Paypal notify us that a payment has been made and they process all of your details on our behalf.


Q. Can you accept payment over the telephone?

A. At this present time we cannot accept telephone orders although we are more than happy to provide assistance over the phone in placing your order online.


Q. How do I pay by cheque or postal order?

A. Simply complete checkout as normal and select to pay by cheque. Our postal address is then shown along with your order number. Please make a note of the order number on the rear of your cheque or attach a covering note displaying your order number. Once your cheque is received and cleared your item will be dispatched the same day and an email sent to let you know your order is on it's way.


Q. Can you provide a bigger discount for large orders?

A. Yes on orders over £300 we can usually provide a custom quotation depending on your requirements. Please contact us by telephone or email for more details.


Q. Can you ship to a seperate address other than the billing address?

A. Unfortunately no. At this present time we will only ship orders to the same address as your billing address.


Q. You don't have the batteries that I need. Can you get them?

A. We are constantly evolving our product range and while we do stock a large variety of the most popular brands and battery types it is impossible to stock every brand and type. If there is a particular battery you require please contact us and we can usually order it in for the next day.
